I AGREE !! If Karen didn't find this guy-I'd be without a computer and paying money I just dont have (car repairs wiped me out these last 2 months) and am grateful I was able to contact someone so reasonably priced and knew what he was doing especially since all had to be done via the phone vs remote access - my cell phone actually was burning my face by the time we hung up
I'm surprised I don't have an imprint of my phone on my face lol
