Thanks everyone.

The surgery went well last night. My fiance and I were really nervous before the surgery. Our vet is great and we trust Sandy's in good hands. We were told to come back after an hour. When we're back to the clinic, we saw Sandy slowly came around from the anaesthetic. It was a relieve to know everything was fine. He has 2 pins on his bones and he'll have the cast on for at least 6 weeks. The vet told me he also did other checkup on Sandy and extracted 6 of his puppy teeth.

My baby's next to me now and he's still trying to get used to the cast - he was biting it in the morning. I hope the pain will go away soon. I really miss the happy, jumpy little Sandy. We were warned that it won't be easy to keep him from running and jumping while he's recovering.
