I don't use a car seat. I have a little seat belt for her. I fold my passanger seat down to get my wheelchair in, and set it in the back seat, and she sits on top of the seat (with it folded down) with her seat belt on. Sometimes that doesn't work though and she sits on my lap while I drive.
