Sadie's going through something kinda like this now. she was vomitting and having loose stools along with no appetitie whatsoever. hers is just gastroenteritis and will resolve with meds and with time. rest the tummy at least 12-24 hours. antibiotics can help. cerenia is great for anti vomitting and try a little pepcid 10mg. for a 5.5 lb dog they said to give 1/4 of a 10mg tablet of pepcid for her stomach acid to chill out...now her appetite is back and she's feeling spunky again.
