I posted the link to another forum I am on (not a Yorkie forum - not even a doggie forum), and it got "political", that the puppy mills should be handled on a state level.
I checked out the Humane Society's webpage where they had a link to a chart of various states puppy mill laws. I was surprised to see there was no licensing or inspection requirement in Florida!
Maybe we should also contact our state reps to do something about it at state level too.
