I love BeneBac too, following a digestive crisis ! I always keep some on hand, just in case.

MilesDavis, it's so tough to predict the recovery time - sometimes, they snap right back and it seems other times they can be a bit off with digestion for weeks (ie, soft/different, but not diarrhea).
