I think they would cut the patch in half for her size, but not sure. Not extremely common after spay. NSAIDs are most common, two being Rimadyl and Metacam. Yes, NSAIDs, including Metacam, are anti-inflammatory. It will also depend on what your vet has in stock. I'm sure they will make the best choice for your pup.
