thank you ! I'll be making calls this morning but I just cannot lose my work - my last backup was a while ago and I can use that but man - I have no access to anything - even my email program at this time - nothing works - only firefox to get online but the pop ups are horrible
it's taken over my whole hard drive and shut me out of everything - man when it rains it pours lately
