Lilly's own studies showed elevated ALT's in dogs who got Comfortis. I wonder about its long term effect on the liver.

I agree with you, Crystal. It's just too new to know its long term safety. It was on the market for awhile before they realized that there was a potential dangerous reaction with ivermectin/Heartguard.
