From the blow by blow updates I got from his owner, Howie is in quite a few scenes. They traveled to NY to film a dance sequence (yep, he learned dance routines, that and a whole lot of tricks) in a Broadway Theater. Ashley Tinsdale/Sharpay really has to push Boi's career, not to take away from her comedic talents, which I understand are really highlighted in the movie.
