Well your pup is kinda inbetween sizes. You should measure how long she is when she lays down. I think the small would be way too big for her, but check the measurements. Is she full grown?

Yes, she is 1 1/2. I doesn't look like she is going to grow more. I'm not a bag experienced person, LOL, so here's a dumb question.
When their sitting in the bag, should their head stick up over the opening (like for looking around), or should they be down in side looking up. Sorry, I just know nothing about bags.
