Ann I completely agree. It's not an easy job. I am an Admin. on another forum with a much smaller member base but it is hard having to be the one to step in and keep the peace. You always have people questioning you about what you do to keep the peace.
So I commend you and all the other Moderators and Admin for doing a wonderful job.
