I'm starting to think my bruised arm is my fault. I checked the mail, waiting for my paperwork to come in for my new job. They requested a health check and I flew out the door. I want to start working ASAP. I completely forgot to bring a bottle of water with me. I always carry one! |
Look at you all math-like and such! See? We do use math crap in life

!
Do you mean if the "squiggle" runs perpendicular? I think that's what you're asking. That's okay too, as long as it doesn't travel/grow noticeably longer. She may have also traumatized a near-by smaller vein -or- sometimes when the larger vein is blown (causing blood to pool), the whole area just looks awful for a while, and some other veins may be visible too.
The main reason for some concern about a "squiggle" is that one that worsens can be a sign of infection (within the vein) - but this would be so rare with a sterile needle. For infection, you'd watch for redness, pain, heat, and swelling too.
