No they don't. They do not register the dogs as a a recognized "breed." They issue a certificate stating that the dog is the offspring of two purebred dogs, but not that they are a registered, recognized breed themselves. Any offspring produced by
those dogs cannot get the same certificate. (AKC issues the same type of certification for mixed breed dogs so they can compete in non-conformation events.)
