so i was at petsmart today and picked up a doggie litter pan. I put the potty pad in the litter pan and placed it in his regular spot. at first he thought it was a toy. he kept playing the potty pad. but when i sprayed the potty training aid on the pad, he got out of the litter pan.
a few training commands later, he went bezerk. he kept running back and forth in the kitchen area. he'd jump in the litter pan, sniff around, then jump out. then he'd jump in and out of the litter pan like they were hurdles, just back and forth, back and forth. i finally took the potty pad out of the litter pan, removed the litter pan and left the potty pad in its regular spot. he then proceeded to sniff, circle, and poo. uh... i guess that means he doesn't like the litter pan?! ya think?! |
