#2-coming from a puppy mill the chances of seeing a picture of the parents are close to never-they generally don't want anyone seeing those conditions
#3-as a responsible pet owner they should be spayed and neutered. It is best to consult your vet on your visits for her vaccines and get it scheduled as soon as possible.
Breeding is something best left to the pros. Take a look at the breeder forum to see some of the problems that can occur. Puppy mills do not care about genetics and the pain caused to puppies and those who love them. All they care about is the dollar they make.
