I asked why, but the nurse/tech lady was too busy running to the back to check on her kid. I only went there because it's walking distance from my house, and my reg doctor is still in Irvine (40 miles away). I'm NEVER going back. Except for my results that is.
I have come home from outpatient surgery with both my hands bruised. The nurses couldn't find a place to put the IV so they kept poking and slapping the back of my hand until they found a place to put it. So I wasn't surprised she couldn't find a "good" vein.
