Levi's is a little different, I guess. His says, "I'm lost. I'm microchipped." and gives contact info (the company website and phone number). It doesn't have his microchip number or any other personal information on it at all. His microchip is registered to me, and changing it online would require my login name and password. I suppose it depends on the company, but the little ID tag provided with his microchip was made specifically for use on the collar as an extra precaution.
I also have several stickers and a credit-card size card with the number on it, they stay in my wallet, house, etc...sounds kind of like what you carry on your keychain.
