Well Rizzo has been paying a lot of attention to licking himself recently and I have been trying to discourage this behavior by telling him no and giving him something that isn't gross to chew/lick instead, but he keeps going back to his "man spot" I've made sure that all is clean down there and everything looks normal, just wondering if this is part of their man parts growing in and might stop after he is neutered, or if its a, once he finds it he'll never leave it alone thing?

Sorry, it's a weird question, but the only boy dog I had we had him fixed when he was 3 months old (big dog) and I don't recall ever having this particular issue with him.
