I would go to your local pet store and ask for advice there.
I don't know what 'Mushers' is and have never seen it here in England... But then again we dont get paw-scorching hot weather here unfortunatly lol!
But I would go ask some advice before you put it on him then take him out just incase it's not enough to protect his little feet
