Yeah, I agree with all the advice here. You also might try just putting your hands on her more when you're not grooming her. Play with her feet when she's relaxed. Touch her ears. Have treats on hand and reward cooperation.

If you're using a clippers, be sure to desensitize her to them by first showing it to her with it set on off. Then turn it on but keep it away from her. Gradually rub it on her back without trimming anything.

And always treats for cooperation.

Of course, I take mine to the groomers because I can't handle them.
