My laminate never gets stains no matter how long something was sitting. One of the reasons I love it so much and recommend it. When I clean the room I use a spray designed for laminate, I think it is called Bruce.
My hardwood is the one I have to worry about with stains. I would like to refinish it one of these days or replace it with laminate. Any ideas how to get water stains out of hardwood, that seems to be the problem in that room. |
I had wanted to put laminate in my house and actually contacted armstrong because I have 3 dogs. They said laminate would not be a good idea because if liquids sit too long it can stain and warp the flooring.
(I put it in one of the rooms the dogs don't have access too and have decided to just do the entire living room/front room area anyway).
