I believe that you just need to adjust the amount fed. Check out the nutritional values and compare it to the puppy food. You can go to their website. I fed the 6fish formula when mine were puppies and simply adjusted the amount. The 6fish formula does wonders for skin. I have a lab who has allergies and she does amazing on Orijen. I think it is probably the best dry dog food going.
