I wouldn't do it at the same time. It isn't unusual for the rabies vaccine to cause lethargy, and couple that with the pain meds they give after spay, I would never want to subject a dog to both at once. You wouldn't know if she was having a bad reaction to the rabies shot, or if she was under the influence of the pain meds, it would be so difficult to tell what the heck was going on if she had problems. Then, if she had an allergic reaction to the rabies shot, on top of all those other things they would have to give her benedryl .... I would find another vet if I were you.
