As per the YorkieTalk Terms of Use, which everyone agrees to before signing up for a YorkieTalk account:

You agree that anything you write or post or reveal on YorkieTalk will only be deleted or removed at YorkieTalk's discretion. You agree that any posts or threads that are on YorkieTalk may be deleted or edited by YorkieTalk moderators or administrators at any time for any reason.

YorkieTalk.com Forums - Yorkshire Terrier Community - FAQ: vBulletin FAQ

In general, we do not like to delete posts or threads. If you wish to ask for an explanation of a deleted post, feel free to PM us or a moderator. With 1200 to 1500 posts on an average day, the vast majority of posts do not get deleted. However, if there is a deleted post in a thread and then that deleted post gets quoted and discussed, we may delete the reply to the deleted post.

You are welcome to report any thread or post that you wish. A moderator or admin will take a look at the post when they get a chance and take action if necessary. Reporting a post does not necessarily mean the post will get deleted or that action will get taken.

As our wonderful moderators have said, if you want to stay positive, upbeat, and helpful in your posts, it is highly unlikely your post would get deleted. We often give members the benefit of the doubt when it comes to discipline, but there are times when members go overboard and we need to take action via suspension or ban. In a perfect online community, there would be no need for that.

We do know there are other online communities that you may visit in your daily life. YorkieTalk has been online continuously for over six years. We believe we have a formula here which makes this community successful, as we have over 63,000 members and over 3.1 million posts during this time. YorkieTalk threads have been read over 86 million times as well.

We hope that every member enjoys their time here on YorkieTalk, as we don't see why a person would torture themselves by being on here if they were so unhappy with YT. We understand not everyone will agree with a particular decision that we make and as shown in this thread, we do allow members to disagree with our decisions, as long as they are respectful. We make decisions based on what we feel would best help this community, which is also why we have rules and guidelines here. We try to be as reasonable as possible in our decision making as well. On a daily basis, we stop spammers, links to viruses, solicitations, and scammers from posting here on YorkieTalk.

YorkieTalk has no "favorites". We appreciate each and every member here and we treat each member equally. We have no affiliations with any clubs, groups, stores, or breeders. We really wish we could make each and every member happy with each and every one of our decisions, but unfortunately, that is simply impossible. If there is a member you may not get along with, you are welcome to ignore their posts or put them on your ignore list. It is only by choice that anyone is here in our community, there is no one being forced to be here. We are sorry when any member leaves our community, but that is their choice if they wish to leave.

We do not take action on YorkieTalk members based on what happens outside of YT.
