I can imagine you are feeling a bit overwhelmed but try to take one thing at a time. I would guess you are either on your way to your vet for Rocky to be checked out or you will be going soon. Maybe your vet can help with the his fleas...with meds or he will need a flea bath. At least you will have his health checked out.
