Hi readers!

Im a newbie to this site. In January, I lost my beloved 15 yr old maltese, Angel, to cogestive heart failure. I don't think I can own another maltese, though beauties, as Angel was "the one". I have been researching over the last weeks on other small breeds. Im between a yorkie and toy poodle

Does anyone know any yorkie breeders in Western Pennsylvania or have bought their yorkie from a West PA breeder?

Also, I have been reading about health concerns of yorkies and health related questions one should ask breeders about. Although I would prefer to ask health questions in person when visiting puppies, I feel I should ask a health-related question(s) when I first call a yorkie breeder. When caling a yorkie breeder for the first time, what is an appropriate health question to ask?
