Vomiting is a classic symptom of an obstruction. Obstructions can occur in the stomach, lower and upper intestines. I am no vet, but I assume any fecal matter below the obstruction would pass without problems. Are you seeing the corn kernels and silks in her diarrhea or just her vomit? Or maybe you couldn't tell which was which when you got home.

If Sadie seems to get worse or be in pain, I would take her back to the ER tonight. If not, I would follow up with your vet tomorrow for bloodwork and xrays if she's not 100% in the morning.
