I have never purchased a dog from DivaPups but they are a broker and they state that on the site. I do not know how well they screen their breeders, to eliminate "puppy millers", but I have called a couple of times to inquire about a specific puppy and either I didn't the answers I was looking for, or I just did't find what I was looking for. They will let you talk directly with the breeder in most cases and they will send you pictures if you ask. I was troubled that they never asked me what type of home I could provide.
I have also seen puppies advertised on Puppyfind by the breeder directly that are also on DivaPups, and the price was different in several instances, usually cheaper in the breeder's ad or on their website.I am sure DivaPups marks them up and takes a percentage when they use their website to market the puppy. That's how business works. Advertising is not free.
I cannot recommend DivaPups because I do not know enough about them, but if you are considering getting a puppy from them, I would ask all the right questions and a lot of them, and even speak to the puppy's vet. This I would recommend no matter what breeder you are dealing with.
