We purchased our Yorkie 3 years ago from Pin Oak Kennels (Kelly Brown and Casey Brown-Harris) - I found her website to be informative and the letters from "happy" buyers; of course, she wouldn't post unhappy buyers. Anyway, I had recently lost my 14 year old Yorkie and bought with my heart and not my head. After numerous health issues, our Lexie was finally diagnosed with a congenital portosystemic shunt. I didn't know at the time I purchase her that I should be very aware of USDA Kennels and APRI registrations - please only buy from reputable breeders and avoid this breeder!
