Izzy was the same way...We ended up shaving down the ear and puttin sensitive medical tape on her ear...I cut the pieces to match the shape of her ears...We did this for 3 days...Chaning the tape everyday and letting the ear rest w/o any tape for about 1 hr. Her ears have been standing up ever since.
