Actually he is crate trained or getting there. And I'm sorry I didn't make myself clear, this pertains to the early evening hours of 7-10pm while I'm awake. And no he does not have free reign of the house. Maybe its me and I'm so paranoid he's going to do something I "dog" him in those hours that it may be making him nervous. My dad stays with him during the day and he's been going to the door to be let out and then when I get home he forgets. Last night we were outside for 30 minutes - nothing. Brought him back in put him in crate for 10 min and went back outside for another 30 minutes - nothing. Came back in and wham he peed in kitchen. I don't get it.
