Hi there
I have always lived in Newcastle upon Tyne in the north of England.
The countryside in Northumberland is beautiful but like every where it has its good and bad points.
Labour goverment has ruined this country and although we now have a new goverment in power and they are trying to fix the problems we have here it will take a long time.
I have never lived anywhere else so I havn't got anything to compare to but I can tell you that I love living in Newcastle.
People here are friendly, hard working and down to earth.. There isn't many jobs at the moment but lots of people work away from home and come home at the weekends here.
BUT I wouldn't recommend moving here.. not at the moment anyway if you have seen the news lol x
