by chance is Belle on any or has she had any anticonvulsants or corticosteroids (pred, cortisone, dexamethasone)? | I have changed Belle's diet to the liver cleansing diet after reading so much about NSAIDs, she has been on Metacam therapeutically (2-4 doses a week) since the summer of 2007. Just went down to the ER vet we use and they gave me a copy of her labs from last October 1st. Everything was normal, GGT was 2. So I will get these to my vet tomorrow and retrieve a copy of her latest for comparison. Other supplements she receives are Vetri-Disc, fish oil, glucosamine and chondroitin in the form of Zuke's Hip Action. These are daily and we are now adding Ester C. Nothing else. |
