Thanks---Yes i know to be concerned. My kids are 9 and 4. The 4 year old is a mellow girl. The 9 year old is a boy that wants to actually learn how to show. He has already had lessons on bathing, brushing and training. We know we can't let the 4 year old be with the dogs by herself. However, we can't leave the dog by himself either....so its not really an issue. The breeder was really concerned also. But after a few hours and three visits later, she was confident that the dog would be ok. Also, we chose a dog that is already almost 2 lbs at 6 weeks! We made sure it would be a larger Yorkie. Atleast, thats what everyone told us. I really wanted another pup of hers, but the breeder said no way. She estimated that it would be about 3 lbs. She calls it her grandma dog. It was from a previous litter that is older than the litter we chose from, but the dogs are the same size. That's how small this dog was!
