They're a piece of cloth that some members here make that you fasten around your boy's belly, almost like a diaper. If they try to mark, they're unsuccessful because the belly band catches the pee. I put a sanitary pad, or half a pad now, for easy cleaning. I do have a few and would wash them often so they wouldn't smell.
