Your biggest concern should be how well socialized with small dogs are those other dogs.
Keep your baby on the leash and walk him in the park, let the other dogs approach and sniff him and let him feel comfortable. Familiarize yourself with the other dogs.
When your dogs tail is up and he seems content and you are sure he's not in an kind of danger, let him off. But keep a very watchful eye on him.
I had an incident where a Rottweiler took a real shine to Teegy and decided he'd try and chew on him, Teegy of course came straight to me and I had to handle the situation when he became extremely aggressive, as some owners at parks do not pay attention to their own dogs.
