I kept Kaji in his expen when I couldn't watch him. He bounced back to his old self in a matter of days but I was suppose to keep him calm and quiet for 2 weeks. That's probably the only difference from your regular routine. No special food, unless you consider pain meds special food.

Have you considered one of those soft collars that Mom2HotRod sells? Those look better than the plastic kind.
