Kathy White is a breeder somewhere in the midwest. I have talked to her once but I cant find her information any longer
I got Kathys information by calling the AKC giving the registration number of the dog and she was the breeder of record they will give you her name and address but will not give her phone number
as far as who pays for the registration.. We breeders register litters and pay for that, you as the new adoptee pay for the AKC registration for your specific dog registering his/her name
