Wow, what a horrible ordeal this has been on both of you.
Too bad the vet doesn't use the procedure for check in that my vet does. I have to fill out several pages of paperwork to check my dogs in, stating the procedure/surgery all risks and possible complications, check optional procedures to be considered at the same time (like microchip, shots, labs), an estimate of the costs.... all which I have to approve and sign for BEFORE they take them in, and they give me a copy. |
