My yorkie has been a picky eater but has been eating less. She goes in spurts so this behavior dosnt surprise me any. However I try and get her to play and there is no interest anymore. All she wants to do is lay on me. I am also pregnant I'm not sure If it has anything to do with it. She always has to follow me more so the last couple weeks. I noticed the younger dog will take things from her and she dosnt have the fight to take it back she just walks away. She just looks sad. Is there anything I can do? She wasn't like this a few weeks ago.
Some dogs just don't play with other dogs. We got Teddy when Barney and Daisy were 8. Barney and Daisy grew up together as puppies (they are 4 weeks apart in age). Well, we got Teddy and no one wanted anything to do with him for a while. Daisy was the first to accept Teddy about 6 weeks after we got him and she started playing with him all the time. Barney took about 6 months to accept that Teddy was here to stay and to this day, two years later, he very rarely plays with Teddy.

Maybe your dog just isnt that interested either?
