I'm the breeder that she is talking about.
My Livi has only had two litters and I only sell with limited registration (NO breeding rights). All 4 of these puppies have gone (or are going to) other Yorkietalk members.
Keep searching for the right breeder....not all will charge you so much or be so willing to sell with full registration.
