It could. Some dogs have a more sensitive stomach than others. Typically Jackson can eat another dog food that's he's never had before totally fine with no stomach problems, but he doesn't have an extremely sensitive stomach. I'm sure that was the cause! It should get to normal in a few days if you continually feed her the new food.
