Long story about how we got Charlie, our Yorkie. No papers. Supposedly he's a full Yorkie. Well, he's pretty big. Aside from that, nearly everyone that sees him that knows dogs asks, "What kind of dog is he?" When we say, "He's a Yorkie," they always say, "Oh, he must be a mix." I don't care what he is. And we got him for free due to the "breeder" being "unable to sell him because of the economy."
See, I knew NOTHING about buying or getting a dog until after I had him and found this site. But if I had paid for him, I would want what I paid for, even if I did love him more than anything. (My daughter thinks our Charlie is a Yorkie Schnauzer mix.) | Agreed, and i would also like to add that making the breeder refund your money, etc would help to keep this person from trying this again on someone else. If the breeder is in fact not being honest with you, they need to know that not all people are dumb and are easy to take advantage of.
