You are asking those of us on a forum who are not vets, to give you advice that only a vet should give. I'm so sorry. I don't mean to be insensitive at all and I have been in similar situations in my life so I can definitely understand what a hard time you're having but you really need to get some professional advice from a vet. Maybe try calling around and see if someone would be willing to see you and work out some type of payment plan for when you're back to work? Or if nothing else, you can sign your baby over to a rescue and then they will get him the help he needs. I really feel for you....
