Was it a new episode or an old one? I have seen them use uni before, but don't remember if the entire show was uni.

Who was the iron chef? I hope it was Morimoto!!!
Oh forgot to say, yes you can eat bone marrow, but it has to be in a bigger bone, lamb being probably the smallest. But beef bones are a good size. It's kind of fatty, but in a good way. Kinda hard to explain, but lots of flavor!

Oh I think you are talking about tom ka gai soup? That is with chicken, soooooo goooood! Haven't had it in a while though.
