Default Need advice- not yorkie related- from one of the rescue people

My daughter nearly ran over a very, very small kitten. I'm guessing it is about 5-6 weeks old. We can't get in to our vet's until 5, but I'm wondering if it would be ok to give her/him some of the goats milk formula. She has zero interest in water. She's very thin and looks dehydrated (it's quite hot here today). We are sitting with her in a box in the garage because she has fleas- we've already picked out a ton with tweezers and the comb.

I have no plans to keep her, my dd's boy friend may take her if she checks out with the vet.

I just want to make her as comfortable as possible while we are waiting.

Thanks.
