wow are alot of us having computer problems - I posted already about a trojan in my memory - my anti virus is blocking everything but that one snuck in -
I am able to be online and email and am safe to do that - scans are done with everything I do and it's a pain -
Just today I FINALLY got caught up on some pending orders (due to my mom falling and me being a wreck among other things lately) and I was able to print labels that I've been needing to do for WEEKS now -
But - thanks to this trojan - even my printer was having problems reading my computer - it took me 3-1/3
hours to print 2 sets of Cards and 4 SMALL Label orders - that's nuts - had to keep shutting it on and off and telling me I had the wrong color in a slot. Funny how the tank was half empty since I last printed yet my computer wouldn't read that one. I normally can print labels in less than 10 minutes after I've designed them
(PS - ANYONE WAITING ON LABELS I want to say you are PRINTED and thank you so much for the patience !)

OK - since I rambled - since you can get online - have you tried Trend Micro Online Scanner ? If you think you have a virus that's a very good one - it'll scan and fix any viruses if not a vicious one - or in your memory like mine is
AllDogBoots knows another one - it's a windows online scanner - didn't work for me but it may for you !!
ps - have you rebooted in SAFE MODE and tried your antivirus ? That may work too -
