If it's the same company that did it through the Petco's up here in GA, it was "The Picture People" who actually did the pics. They do go pretty hard sell on the additional packages, so be prepared. It takes about 2-3 weeks to get your pics back through the mail versus going in to the store and having them done in a hour.
They only had 2 color back grounds at our venue. And props were limited to a basket and a ball. So bring your own if you want something special.
Despite the limitations, the photographer there was very very patient with Rhett and we got quite a few good shots of him.
