  I use to tell them that he pees when he's nervous. Apparently that took to long to say. By the time I was done saying it there would be pee on the floor or me because kids ignored my words. He bites is much quicker and gets people to back away. 
I know this sounds like I'm making Kaji anti social, but I'm not. I promise you all I'm not. He's just a very nervous dog and I like to control the situation to guarantee it's a happy good situation for him. As long as people ask before diving down to pet him, I allow it because it gives me time to pick him up or calm him down and put him in a sit stay. It also gives me a chance to request where they can touch him. It's less scary for him if they pet his back or his chest than if they go straight for his head.
